My stay at The Newington Residence was absolutely mind-blowing! The facilities inside were super clean, nice, and jaw-droppingly well maintained. The wi-fi was lightning fast, the off-site car park was convenient, and the electric kettle was a game-changer for my morning coffee. The dryer came in handy for my wet clothes, and the cookware/kitchen utensils were top-notch for my homecooked meals. Plus, the no pets allowed and no smoking on-site policy ensured a fresh and clean environment throughout my stay. it was an incredible experience!

The facilities inside were clean, well maintained, and had a nice atmosphere. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. I particularly liked the key box system, which allowed for easy access to the accommodation. It was great not having to worry about carrying around a physical key. Additionally, the location was convenient and close to popular attractions, making it easy to explore the city.
Communication with the staff was a bit difficult, as they did not provide clear instructions on which key box to use. This caused some confusion and inconvenience upon arrival.

Good luck trying to communicate with the staff! They're like mind-readers, assuming you'll figure out which key box to use.

I recently stayed at Newington Residence and I was impressed with the cleanliness and maintenance of the facilities. The accommodation was spotless and well taken care of, creating a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Everything was nicely presented and I appreciated the attention to detail in keeping the premises in top shape. It made for a pleasant and relaxing experience.
